It cannot be - given the different spelling
The American engine maker was 'Lauson'.

This one looks too modern - maybe 1970s or 1980s.
But I don't know this sprinkler's origin.

The Model name is telling ... 'Delta'.
The 'Delta' wing has been around for a long time.
