Old rotary hoe identification help required

Good evening all,

Can anyone identify this old rotary hoe? I want to restore it back to its former glory but it requires a few parts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Third party hosting is problematic for members.
There is also a real danger of losing images down the track.

The best method is to embed images on our server.
