Hi everyone, been checking the forum regularly for updates and great information so happy to have joined.
Currently own 2 sb45s 17
One green Briggs and Stratton 80202 and one red Kirby hk25
Got some further questions to ask so will place them in the correct areas!
Thanks,
Reece

G'day Reece A warm welcome to these great forums.
Yes, over a couple of decades we have amassed quite a library on SB Model 45s.
The 45 seems to have a unique place in reel lawnmower history. Today, it is considered both a classic and a viable modern lawnmower. I can't think of any other lawnmower that has achieved that status.
I hope you can both gain and give information on your lawnmower experience.
Just one question here from me? Why the interest in lawnmowers, and why Model 45s?
Cheers Jack
p.s. Do you see what I did there ... two questions

They are a popular choice. The 45 was available and got it for a good price as it wasnt running.
Originally Id purchased it for myself and 6 months later one for the old man but hed organised something with a bigger cut, so have accumulated 2.
Always enjoyed mowing and having a good lawn growing up at the olds so now owning my own place and having that area for my family to enjoy is rewarding.
Thanks for the warm welcome
