Hi I have just joined and made my donation I am trying to get infpormation on repairing the carby on a Victa Rapier 2 stroke mower. I have a similar problem to some others listed in that fuel was pouring from the carby then I tightened the brass screw which fixed the problem and now the mower seems to be starving for fuel the needle in the carby does not seem to move up and down and contact the float. Should there be a spring behind the needle and also how do I access any online manuals.
Many thanks

notch8,

You now have access to the parts list and manuals area. In the near future access will be automatic once a donation is received but this could be still a few months away yet as we are waiting for the new update for the forum to be approved.

As to the Victa Rapier carby issue you might have cracked the stem that the screw goes into. The way to check it is to remove the primer cap and check for hair line crack. The needle does not have a spring as it should move freely.

Hope that this is of some help. cheers2
