Gday all, recently I pulled our old 2-stroke silverstreak out of storage and decided to clean it up as it was caked with dirt and oil. In attempts to remove the fuel lines to clean them out, the plastic nipples off the carby snapped. I was curious as to where I could buy a replacement/ or get a manual on its construction as being handy with plastic welding I would be willing to overhaul.

Jaykay, It will be cheaper to replace the primer cap as they only cost around $15.00. As to information on the carby it is in the parts list and manuals area.

Gday Bruce, cheers for the quick reply. Had a quick squiz at the manuals and parts list area and I got this UBB error "Access denied to this forum. This forum is either restricted to a certain group, or you may need to register and login in order to view the posts within." As for the primer cap, I dont believe this is the part that is damaged, rather the black parts where the lines follow to the cylinder and then just above the base. The nipples that are broken are both black, if that helps.

Jaykay, To get access to the parts list and manuals area you need to press the Paypal donate button. The nipples that you are talking about I think one is the governor and maybe on the cap on the carby. These items can be replaced at minimal cost.
