Paul, I'm a member of a Honda VFR forum that is based in the States and there is a topic that has been ongoing for a couple of years now titled "Where do you carry your gun on your VFR" They can't get their heads around the fact guns are not an everyday concern with us

It's sad that this is getting more frequent these days over there.
I grew up with them around me but never got into them.. Fishing is my cuppa tea.
I may do a hooking spree, so watch out.
VFR is my dads fav as well, NormK. I'm Honda for dirt / Kwaka ZX series for road.

My Mrs. spends time on Facebook and apparently there are mothers posting that they would feel safer if their early primary school children were carrying a gun to defend themselves.
Apparently they have bullet proof mats for the kids to hide under.
What is the world coming to?

That would be taking schoolkids playing Cowboys and Indians to a whole new level
