hi guys ive got a rover mow and mulch mower with a quantum xm 50 motor number on the cowl is -- 12F802-1975-B1-0412175 ---- from what ive read on here --12F802-- is the model -- -1975-- is the year ---B1 not sure -- 0412175 unsure im trying to find out the part number for the piston & rings gasket kit ect also where to order them and a workshop manual for it to remove crank ect cheers guys

17/21/04 is the date of manufacture, ring part number is 493261.

That should be 17/12/04 for the date of manufacture. The number breakdown is Model 12F802 Type 1975-B1 Code 0412175. It is available in the 'Engine Manuals and Parts List' section on this site [paid subscription required], or there are a few free views/downloads of it around. A Google search can find them.
