Hi,
Have a Pro Scaper IIHD which refuses to prime. Pressure into tank is OK, I get good flow from the return line but no fuel into the carby. Has been sitting around for a while. Should I now get a Carby gasket kit and screen as a next step? Hve new plug, spark OK, no fuel into throat of carby, or into Cylinder.

I would be getting some carby cleaner and a gasket kit.

1. Remove the carby and remove all gaskets.

2. Wash carby and then use carby cleaner.

3. Replace gaskets and test.

If this does not work you will need to go to the parts list and manuals area for more detailed information on the setup.
