well time had come to strip her down and give her a face lift she was a bit tired few scrapes along the sides bita surface rust
got some before shots
still runs well,had this mower since it was new cost then was around $500
still has solid base with no rust .so it's worth repainting and putting new boots on all round
have to see how it turns out.
I am considering doing the same to the colt 5 before putting it back together.

now thats an old girl looks like its done some work ! should ccome up nice though new 'boots' yeah . might like to look at the plug lead too ? ( just one of my pet dislikes )

just checking through yellows at local sand blasters and one place blasts and preps plus powder coats if that's what you need
might give them a bell check on price for base and handle
was originally a silver colour,will try to do same colour.

update on the victa progess is complete



got new wheels though caps don't seem to fit
other than that sge's all ready to fire up again. came up pretty good compared to what it looked like before.
not a bad result
