Hi Guys,

Just curious in knowing if theirs a Pacific colour red for the model 5 Victa & boomerang emblem which is casted into the base plate.

I have always used a red Humbrol model paint and a small paint brush and go very carefylly

It makes sense to use a model paint for such a fiddly job.
So, no specific colour - any bright red should be good.

Hi Jack, it doesn't have a colour on the tin but on the top it has Gloss 220 so that may be the Humbrol paint number

almost any rich red will do the job , mine were delicious red in a reeeeeeeeeally small tin , about 5 years ago and still using it now , villiers and others are mostly the same for thier dodads too ..... little bits n pieces ...

and dont paint the flash !!!! i got yelled at hahaha but mine didnt really matter too much

then goodo . always a choice i guess . specific colour but not too do it correctly ? makes sense i s'pose
