I can't understand why people try selling this stuff if it isn't running, what do you think a non running mower like this is worth, personally I think if somebody took it off his hands for free would be about what it is worth, any thoughts?

Value depends on the buyer. Someone looking for that machine specifically will pay more. Think he has huffed a little too much thinking he'll get $150 though. I'd probably pay $20 for it but someone out there will pay more. Looks to be in pretty good condition. There are some pretty usable parts on it at the very least.

Well there is hope for me then, I have 2 of them both in fairly good condition and both run well.I just assumed they were not really worth anything, maybe $40 In actual fact I got them from the same seller who has the add on ebay, and both were not running and were among a trailer full of mowers and bits. Sad thing is I just chopped up another 2 yesterday and they went in the scrap bin

As much as you'd be willing to pay for this.

Well I'll be gob smacked, and I cut those 4 mowers up and binned them. You just never know what some people will buy, or maybe they don't, doesn't stop people putting a free add on Gumtree laugh

I visited the seller in the Gumtree add above, he is a recycler and really doesn't know prices. I bought this mower off him as a garden ornament, the one on the left for $20
