The fuel lines on my LH MKIII perished. I have replaced them and it started. It does not want to continue to run when the throttle is opened and stalls. I can see some air bubbles coming from the filter area into the carby. What should I do and what can I do about retuning? Thanks.

If your fuel lines were perished, then most likely your carburettor diaphragms will be hardened/contaminated too.
Sounds like you will need a carburettor kit. You will need to identify what manufacturer the carburettor is ie: Walbro, Tillotson, etc
If Walbro (most common) you need a D10-WAT Diaphragm kit, and suggest an inlet needle and screen whilst you have it apart.
Bruce on here will be able to help you with rough costings

Abs, Before we go to a carby kit you should look at the muffler port/screen first as they could be blocked up. If they are not blocked up then we would be looking at the carby diaphragms. The cost of a kit would be around $30.00. ![cheers2 cheers2](/forum/images/graemlins/default/cheers2.gif)

Thanks the carbi is a walbro. Overnight the contents of the fuel tank have leaked out through the carbi so I'll put a new kit in and see.

Abs, The kit you should get is a K10-WAT walbro as it includes diaphragms as well as a needle and filter for the carby. ![cheers2 cheers2](/forum/images/graemlins/default/cheers2.gif)
