I have a Ryobi Lawn Hornet - Model RLH1100 MK111 with a jammed pull start cord. Can anyone tell me how to remove the clutch rotor assembly to access the recoil pulley assembly?

Hoping you can help

Bryan,

You will need a T20 screw driver to remove the clutch drum as you have a screw in the center of the drum. cheers2

Bruce,

Thank you for your reply. I knew about the screw in the centre of the clutch drum assembly and it has been removed. My problem is how to remove the clutch rotor assembly from the shaft to allow the starter housing to be removed to access the recoil pulley and starter rope. Hope you can assist.

Bryan,

Ok to remove the the clutch you will need something like a brass dolly and hit the clutch in an anti clockwise direction and it will undo.

Then remove the four screws on the housing and you will be into the starter area. cheers2
