Any one have a work shop manual for the above. My whipper is just starting to play up. Open the throttle and it dies like it is flooding. Does the drive arm that spins the cord head need lubricating?
Chubb, You don't need a workshop manual as your problem will be related to the carby. If you do a search on this site regarding carby settings you should find your answer.
Try these first and if they don't work post your reply and I will try to help.

chubb - i just did my fs36 with the info on this site and it screams now. did l first - got that right, then did h got that right then moved to the idle .. instructions are on the site somewhere.
