2 stroke exhaust box clips can the bottom clip be fitted with out removing motor from sub frame photos of clips attached thanks graham.

Yes, of course. Fit the bottom clip first.
Then, lever the top clip into place as described in previous post.

At least one of those clips looks no good though (the left one).
I guess you will replace it?

Maybe someone can offer further detail here.
These clips can be difficult to fit, until you master the technique.

And don't forget, we still need those questions answered.
