It doesn't look anything like any Honda I've seen, least of all a GX120. Whatever that cam gear is made out of, it isn't at all like the nylon Honda used on the GXV140.

You can try contacting some the Hyundai service centers to see they can with parts for the engine. You can also try searching the net using XG144F. The engine is a XG144F 53cc OHV ZAMANLI. Hyundai digital inverters

Thanks AVB. I rang the nearest dealer from the website and they are not optimistic about Hyundai having spares since apparently they tried to get a set of rings for the same model engine a couple of weeks back and they don't even carry those! Maybe I can sell the repairer the ones out of this if I can't get a cam gear since it only did about 50 hours before crapping out apparently.
