I AM STARTING A NEW PROJECT, RESTORING SOME VICTA TWINS, I HAVE COLLECTED A LOT OF NOS PARTS, MOTOR, CHOKES ETC. BUT NEED SOME WHEELS. DO THE ONES I CAN BUY SUIT THE ORIGINAL HUBCAPS.

IS THERE ANY GOOD CONDITION ORIGINALS OUT THERE. 6 AND 8 INCH

I take it the new wheels you've talking about are those on eBay? You can get new wheels for them however they are not an exact match for the originals,but I believe the original hub caps will fit.

Both pretty daggie, but they are usable. One big, one small.
