Seems that the answer should be yes but just to be sure: Can a Briggs and Stratton 9000 series motor from an MTD frame be easily inserted into any other frame that used to house a similar engine?
The answer is yes, as long as you dont put it on a Victa base (their engines use a shorter crankshaft length). Be sure to use the boss and blade carrier from the base you're transplanting onto.
