Adam, I have not heard of the brand that you are talking about Lowes 21" I know Rover/Victa and Honda. As to the Briggs & Stratton engine information I have put a link in one of the post to Redeye. If you do a search on the board in four stroke mowers you will find the link. If you don't know the correct brand of the mower then post a picture on the board and we will try to help with the information that you require.

ADAM, I might have an answer for you next week. Can you post a picture so that people can see the mower?

the model of that push mower the handle part the tag should be located if you are looking down the mower from the handle bar the tag is located backside near the handle itself mostly in the middle of the mower from side to side usually in the middle on back side near the handle area now if it were a riding mower it would be located under the seat but in this case if the tag is still there then it will be on the middle part of the mower deck back side but in case this tag is missing for some reason the part you need info on is there a number stamped on the part anywhere it should begin with a 756- or a 954 or 754 one of these numbers it should begin with i can give you and bruce a link to go to that may be of some help if so let me know and i will give you and bruce that link to view the diagram of the lowes mower
