Did some dump ratting on the weekend and came home with a Newton engine. boasting 10.3hp and very bloody heavy. does anyone ever heard of these or have any information on them?

I have done some research and found that what you have there is a Clinton.
This was Clinton's swan song.

They sold their tooling to "Newton Engineering & Manufacturing (PTE) Ltd." in Singapore, Malaysia. Initially Newton attempted to get some mileage out of the established Clinton name by labeling their engines as Clintons. Ultimately they decided to ditch the name, turn the arrowhead upside down and brand them as Newtons. Shortly thereafter it was game over.

Looking forward to seeing it Natho, as far as I know, it will be the first Newton on ODK.
