can you repair a clutch on a wipper snipper?
you cannot pull the starter cord without the head and cord spinning around. if this cannot be repaired how much is a new or saecondhand one worth?

Are you sure yours has a clutch??What model & UT# is yours?
The lower price units do not have one.

its a homelite classic hlt15
does this model have a clutch?
also it wont prime any fuel what can be done to repair this?

The Homelite classic hlt15 does not have a clutch.
The primer bulb or the fuel tubing may have a pin hole in it. Has the carb been messed with?
