OutdoorKing Repair Forum Forums How To Access to Parts and Manuals

In order to access the parts list and manuals area (if you are a USER) you need to follow these steps.

Our site is best viewed using Mozilla Firefox and is recommended for downloading parts lists and manuals.

1.Click My Stuff at the top of the forum.

2.Then click subscriptions.



3.Then click more details for Registered Member.



4.Then click the paypal option.

5.Then click subscribe.



6.If you don't have a PayPal account don't worry because you can use a credit card to pay by clicking the option at the bottom of the screen (it is there just look carefully and you will see it).

7.After making payment you should have access to the all area's of the Forum.

All Parts List and Manuals Areas that you require are located in the main forum.

Example: Questions on lawnmowers and Engines.

1. Then scroll down to Lawnmower Parts List and manuals.

2. You then click either Lawnmower Parts list and Manuals or click the sub forum Ride On Mower Information.

3. Once you are in the area you will need to look for what manual you are interested in and download it.

All the files are in .pdf format which you can view or even print.

Note: That if you can not access the area try these steps first before contacting us.
Presuming you are using Mozilla Firefox, NOT Internet Explorer;

1.Upgrade the Adobe Reader, if you have not already done so.

2.Click My Stuff at top of forum.

3.Click cookies.

4.Click expire cookies.

This will log you out and you will have to log-in again and usually this works for issues with access to the parts list and manuals area that you have subscribed to.

The process of subscribing is automatic using PayPal. The reason for this is, in the past we had numbers complaining about having to wait for us to approve the payment by the means of a donation and it is now forum policy to access the parts list and manuals areas.
