Hi I'm new here great site. I have a 14" Australian Qualcast reel mower fitted with an electric motor belt driven. It is not a back yard job as the motor cover logo states as follows " Blue Hornet Electric motor mower bearings throughout". The mower is a light blue with red handle bar which is fitted with a metal box housing a round bakelite light switch and 3 pin Aust. socket. Does anyone know anything about this mower,age, where and who manufactered it etc. Your kind assistance will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

tinkerer58, They had a few models of the qualcast electric model. The machine was made in Englend and imported to Western Australia by a company by the name of X-ON Electronic Services 1161 Albany Hwy Bentley WA 6102. Contact phone number (08) 9458-5252.
