Hi Bruce.
I have a McCulloch 17cc Wipper/Snipper
P/103527 1260-2110 (petrol)
This machine never wants to start and does not deliver full revs. when it does.
Can you please send me any manuels to make this monster start easier.I do not understand the choke system.Something to help set the idling would be nice and is 2mm chord the correct diameter?
Any reading matter is appreaciated. Thanks in advance and the STARTER info was brillent.

hopeless d,
Yoy need to do a couple of things:

1. Check exkaust port to see if it has carbon build up.

2. Check muffler screen to see if the mesh is carboned up.

3. Make sure that you are using clean fresh fuel.

Follow these steps first then if you still have a problem, I will give you some other things that will help.
