Hi to All, I have a mate that dropped this machine off to see if maybe I could help him fix it..... Unfortunately, it has had rather a hard life, though the 2 stroke Powertorque runs well, the self propelled drive is cactus.... Also most of the numbers on the air filter sticker have disappeared, so accurately identifying this beast may prove a prob. Here are some pics.... ![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/08/full-1147-12247-dscf1759_medium.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/08/full-1147-12248-dscf1760_medium.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/08/full-1147-12249-dscf1761_medium.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/08/full-1147-12250-dscf1757_medium.jpg) My question is, are transmission parts still available for this model?

I have found, using the Victa model info guide in the Parts Lists and the remains of the model number on the sticker, that this machine is Model no: AO 064-AA90...1991-1992 Pro 550 2ST S/P.... Hoping this helps.....

Darryl, I assume that most of the parts should be available depending on what you want.

Thanks Bruce, I will make a start early next week and dismantle the transmission to see what the prob is... I will take some pics as I go along for the archives.

I currently hhave possession of this particular machine, I am yet to strip down the transmission, but something is completely shot to Poo... The drive pulley free wheels and has an half inch of up and down movement, when I get some time I will pull it down for a final analysis...

Hi, Mine has similar symptoms. Suddenly the drive stopped whilst working. Expected a broken belt but no. As with yours the drive pulley spins freely. Must be in the gearbox.
Did you dismantle yours and manage to mend it ? About to dismantle mine now.
