Thanks gizmo,you where right about the coil being good . I put a new key in the keyway this fixed the tiny bit of slop the flywheel which ment a more stronger and even blue spark so that ment the coil was good. I also tested with a multimeter and was good reading also. I then cleaned the carby and tested the float and needle worked ,put it all back together and it runs really good. Miracles do happen .
