I am not getting a spark from my mcculloch mac 10 - 10" chainsaw. I ohmed out the coils and have 2 ohms on the primary and about 3K ohms on the secondary. I may not have assembled it correctly because I believe it was getting spark before I disassembled it. I bought a second parts machine because I had a broken fin on the flywheel and the carb diaphram was ripped. So, ... is the magnet grounded to the frame? I have used the insulating washers on the two screws for the magnet (magneto) and also for the carb mount.
Where can I find an exploded parts diagram? Perhaps that will show the proper way to assemble it.
