That is a Model 6 Sheerline from 1960-61.It does have the wrong air cleaner but is in quite good condition.

Not a bad price,its one of the best ones ive seen in ages.petty it wasnt closer to home woulda grabbed it,The sheerline 6 and 2a are the only 2 left for my collection and They dont come up often,especially in this condition.Do I buy the halfa sheerline? Its actually in my suburb lols...but it just aint like this one

You may have to do what I did,I got 1 & a half of them and made 1 good one. Now just have to restore it. I didn't see the end of it but maybe that was a bit much as I'm fairly sure the badge was broken. As that was the second time it was listed.

it was yes , he went overseas for a while . told me when it was relisted as i was keen on it but it got too much for me . pity but another will turn up i hope
