Got these ones from the scrap yard. $25 a throw.
Masport quattro mulch, good shape, probably a bent crank like the rest of them.
Flymo Quantum, good base.
Weedeater 380, base is not much chop, almost impact holed on the side, height control is chewed up.

Dad got me this one at the tip. Thinking this one might go to my sister. Probably minus the Quantum, ive got a regular 3.5Hp on a weedeater base with the masport on the engine throttle control that I will probably put on it.

Dad from the tip.
Handles welded up.
I have one catcher here for this style, its got the arse blown clean out of it.
Might just sell it as a cheapie.

Not sure what to do with this one.

I remember grabbing it from the scrap yard, trying to wheel it out with no handle bolts and drag another mower at the same time.

I think its a bit of a gem.
Looks like its been kept under cover all its life. I havent even washed it yet.\
Still has tread on the tyres.
It had just been serviced, new blades and all.
Throttle cable was stuffed.

All thats missing is the sticker off the front.

What year Corvette is it?

Got some O-rings today, put it back together, fresh fuel (not even sure it needed that) put it to start, gave it a couple of primes and about 10 pulls and no joy.

Put it to full song 2nd pull and away it went. Coughed and farted a bit then started singing.

Throttle cable wasnt right it was cutting out before the choke position.
Thats the wrong filter housing on it in the pic, pulled it all apart, adjusted the cable found a mint housing the same as the one that came off it originally. Put it back together and its all sweet.

Will give it a wash tomorrow and take some pics.

G'day Rob, good to find one in that condition, do you think the previous owner got rid of it, because of the cable not being right.
