Novice
starts no problem but when i commence cutting the mower starts to runs very roughly and pretty much stalls.
there has been a few times that when i try and start it again it actually backfires making a loud firecracker type sound.
i replaced the oil but no change.
any ideas?

Just one question on the motor does the overhead valve cover have a dint in it?

fixed it...
just replaced the spark plug!
