I have a Briggs & Stratton 3.5 horse engine.The carburetor has been changed. Now everytime I start the engine for the first time, I have to pull the breather off to get it started. After first start up I have no problem with it. Does anyone out there know what the problem could be?

It sounds like the carby has not been put together correctly or it needs a new diaphram in it. Can you advise if the diaphram has been changed.
