i recently purchased a briggs+stratton mower.
it wouldn't start and upon inspection noticed that the valve seat was loose which was the cause of engine failure. how can this be repaired without the service tool?

If you get a centre punch and use it around the outer edge of where the seat seats into the block it might hold the seat in.
