The front rollers will not be easy to get because of the age of the mower.
The cutting cylinder can be sharpened so that it cuts properly but I would be replacing the bearings and bottom blade.
You really need to know what you are doing as to roller mowers because if you don't know how to set the blades you will cause damage.
To have it repaired at a mower shop will cost you around $300 to $500 depending on what work needs to be done.
