I have an old Victa 2-stroke mower that doesn't want to rev.
It starts and runs ok but if you push the throttle past the half way mark the revs don't increase - they used to!
I have replaced the needle and the main seal in the carby (black plastic). I have also cleaned up all the electrical connectors and replaced the spark plug - still the same.
Can anyone offer some advise as to how I can fix it?
