Victa 2 Stroke Running Problems

My Victa AF055 starts and briefly runs before
it stops. Fuel is getting to the carb and it can be kept running by continually pressing the primer. Suspect carb may have been interferred with and would appreciate any advice to rectify and carb diagram.
