Hello I seem to have the same problem as "alidad" on 11-11-2004.Got the 160cc victa going but no throttle regulation?Diaphram seems ok and springs all went back where they came from?On the bace side of the head appears to be a regulator?is this what it is ?what does it do?Thanks
