I have overhauled the engine in our Victa Mustang (160cc 2 stroke, plastic carb).
It starts fine and runs great for about 15 minutes. Then the revs rise and fall for no reason.
Would this be a carby problem? It's got me buggered, I've had the carby apart over and over, and cleaned the fuel tank out, but it still does it.
Please help.

Replace the fuel tap and check the air hole in the petrol cap.
