Hi
Could you please help with some info on the magneto gap and where the black wire and the brown wire with bullet nose connectors are to go.Also if you have any info on the black plastic carbi.
It was running, but very rough so i stripped and replaced rings,bearings etc but can now not get it to run.
Any info will be much appreciated.

I have sent you information on the carby. As to the air gap between the coil and flywheel I usually use a business card for clearence.

Try that first.
