ahoy hoy, ive got an old victa engine that i plan to use as the engine for a go-kart im building. i took the carb apart and on putting it back together, found it leaked a little and the mower reved alot higher and made alot more smoke when in the 'run' position. can someone please help with this. not sure what modle it is but the carb is big and black and doesnt look much like a regular carb. thanks in advance

ok, i registered. so can you please send some info on that carb (big chunky black plastic one) and also some info on putting on a new carb. like, buying a better one. because i plan on using the engine for a go kart and the standard carb (i think) is a bit primative for the application. thanks

hey, thanks for the info on the carby. the 'needle' it speaks of thats in the float chamber, how big is it and what colour is it? i think i may have lost it. can they be bought by them selves and if so, are they cheap?
