ahoy hoy, ive got an old victa engine that i plan to use as the engine for a go-kart im building. i took the carb apart and on putting it back together, found it leaked a little and the mower reved alot higher and made alot more smoke when in the 'run' position. can someone please help with this. not sure what modle it is but the carb is big and black and doesnt look much like a regular carb. thanks in advance

ok, i registered. so can you please send some info on that carb (big chunky black plastic one) and also some info on putting on a new carb. like, buying a better one. because i plan on using the engine for a go kart and the standard carb (i think) is a bit primative for the application. thanks

RICHO,
All the parts can be bought seperatley. As to the primer cap it is about 2" in diameter and cost about $12-00 for the cap and needle is about $2-00.
