hey guys how is everyone
like mentioned above just wondering what the factory spec compreshion reading in the manual should be for this moddle brushcutter, im curently overhauling one at the moment that was given to me its had a ruff life you can tell its been used by a council worker or on a farm but surprizeingly the inside of the engine looks alright no scoring or anything apart from a craped out clucth and drum (ha ha ive never seen clucth shoes turn blue from heat under load thats how bad they were) and a muffler so full off carbon it tryed soaking it in oven cleaner, degraser and kero over two weeks it was imposible to save so bougt a newbi and for a brushcutter to show signs of that much use "many thousands of hours or more" and for the internal of the engine still looks good must say something about how well they are made "forgive my raveing its my first stihl and very excited to get it goin" the best ive ever used so far is a makita rst250 from bunnings it ok better than $99 el chepo's
but any guys back to the question im getting 116 psi reading cold
would should it be when its new copard to other trimmers i think it feels a little lite on the pull cord but im yet to romove the jug and decarbon the rings and groves to see if that gives better comp thanks guys apreciated as i have had a hard time finding a manual for this modle but i have found a parts list for free in another langride though but it has full illistraded service diagrams for asembly and breakdown its in pdf here is the link
