Need a sketch of carb breakdown. Black plastic carb with white
plastic float plate. Cant seem to get idle down to very low level, suspect
diaphram leaking air on vacume plate side, which is drawn from stator vanes.
Wanted to ensure springs are in the correct place. Short one under diaphram,
long one between diaphram and vacume plate.
