I am having trouble with the engine cutting out when going up inclines or when the right side is lower than the left. I feel that the fuel is not getting to the carburettor when in this position. Can you help?

I would suggest that you try replacing the fuel tap first. If that does not work e-mail me and I will try to help you more.
