Hi, There was a chap that did up a Briggs and Stratton 3.75 HP push mower or something like it and he had a photo of a very nice blue paint finish that he used on the main frame/Base. I think it was a hammer finish. He had a photo of the finished item - a very good job. Would someone please point me to that thread...please?

I also did a victa base in this colour

Nice one Joe, I ended up going over to Bunnings and buying a spray can of "H F Charcoal" by White Knight-Rust Guard. That hammer finish gives a nice professional look. I'm going to put some photos up under a new heading.

I have a base here the same as that one.
