Hi everyone,
Thought I should introduce myself, I am a mechanical engineer living in the small mining town of Weipa in far north queensland. I have stripped and rebuilt a few mowers with varying levels of success.

I am currently looking to rebuild an old victa two stroke which I borrow of a friend and it decided to die while i was using it.

Hi Mark, and welcome to Outdoorking. If you start a new thread in the Victa 2 stroke engines forum with pictures of the mower and any model names, numbers etc you can find on it, most likely there will be several people here who can identify it - which might facilitate finding parts for it, as well as getting advice on its design peculiarities.
