I am having starting problems with a 1999 model 550 with 160cc engine. I suspect the problem is with the ignition timing. Is it possible that the flywheel key has sheared? If so how does the flywheel come off?, is the hole in the side of the belt pulley for a special tool?
I would be most gratefull for any help!

If it is a victa power torque motor I would suggest that either the blade plate is loose or you require a new module.
