Hi All

I have just acquired a seconhand Victa Sabre lawnmower which is in need of a new pull cord. However, I can't seem to get the cord pulley to tension up. I suspect that the spring is dislodged or something but I haven't got a clue how to get the pulley off.
Can anybody help??

Also I need to get hold of a manual (preferrably a softcopy) if anybody knows where I can get one from.
