Wondering if any one out there coukld help to identify the age or any other info of this mower.. It works great..cuts easy and self propelled..Yes has surface rust but that is easy to remove. The moving parts work well.14 inch cut

We all like to learn new things and tinker here.
Your machine is a Scott Bonnar "Bonmow" Model 19, 14" Electric. These machines were first manufactured in Adelaide
in 1953, and yours is the 790? (the last digit is hard to see in the pic) in the series. The 14" machines were also known as "terrace" mowers and usually used on smaller sized lawns.

Hi Terry, There is unfortunately no hard and fast rules with second hand prices....a lot depends on desirability, condition, rarity, restored or unrestored...

As a wise fella once said, "something is worth what some silly bugger will pay for it!"
Scott Bonnar prices do fluctuate quite a bit judging by what is auctioned on e-bay.
