Does any know thr model no for the Villiers engines used on the early Vict and the engine capacity Joe Brown

I am sure that is was called the Hurricane which had a height adjuster in the form of a knob in the middle of the rear axle.

I vaguely recall Hurricane engines as being used on 3.5 and 5 hp air cooled outboard motorsand I did sell somearound the early 60.sFirst got into Victa sales around 1958 and cannot say that I ever saw one with the height adj as you described .Something else may turn up on this topic Joe
