Im thinking of buying one, a 940c, i just dont know anything about the name, do they make decent saws? Dont know of anyone who has/had one.

Oleo-Mac is made in Italy and is good value dfor money chainsaw. I would compare it to the like of Sthil but better. I have been using the brand for over 10 years now and no real issues. rockband

Thanks for the advice, i bought one and its awesome cuts like a light sabre :-) Came standard with oregon sprocket bar and chain, very impressed with the saw so far.

You will find that if you need parts they are not as expensive as the other brands as well. I have had a good run with the saws. We run a couple the small one for small lopping work and the larger one for cutting down trees.

Bruce, I need a right hand side spring as shown in photo, it's for
a "Oleo Mac 946", and maybe a "spike" depending on the price,
postage to Adelaide 5161, thanks
