engine fires once and then floods with choke off,raw fuel pours out exaust port,whats wrong???

BRUCE---you da man If I can find a needle(Which is rounded off and two diaphrams on one side is a diaphram and a gasket -what goes on the carby first ?the diaphram or the gasket???

You should be able to get a carby kit from just about any mower shop. Just take the carby in and they should be able to supply. Regards, Bruce
